Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. The home is not baby-proofed. We can accommodate a maximum of 11 guests at any given time.
