Indoor and outdoor dining tables are available for enjoying meals with a view.
Free on-site parking is available, with additional street parking. Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and air-conditioning are provided throughout the home. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $35 per day, with payment required at least one week prior to check-in.

Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with guests choosing between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for stays of 2 nights or more. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Guests are reminded that the home is not baby-proofed. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Trash must be taken out and disposed of properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately.
