The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and there are indoor and outdoor dining areas. For entertainment, enjoy the in-house movie theater on the top floor and a game room with a pool table and ping-pong table.
Enjoy the private pool with loungers for sunbathing. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please kindly let us know at least one week prior to check-in date, and we will arrange to set that up for you. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural and very common occurrence. We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray!
Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt, pepper and cooking oil are available for use.
