The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is a no-smoking and no-drugs policy on the property, and a maximum of 14 guests is allowed at any given time.
