Laundry detergent pods for up to two loads, one paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. Coffee maker is available, but coffee is not. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available. Report any missing items immediately upon check-in. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests can choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). Pets are welcome with prior written notification and host approval for up to one house-trained dog under 50 lbs, with a pet fee and a $150 security deposit. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks or firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines for violations of house rules.
