There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. The number of vehicles on property should not exceed three per reservation; up to two cars may park in the driveway, and one car may park on the street in front of the home.
