Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure; failure to follow this rule can result in fines up to $300. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card prior to arrival.
