The kitchen is a large, full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and a nearby dining table for shared meals. Outdoor space includes a pool and hot tub with outdoor furniture, a patio or balcony area, and a BBQ grill.
Optional pool and hot tub heating is available for $35 per day of stay. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway. A crib and high chair are provided for traveling families. Laundry is simple with an on-site washer and dryer. Bathroom essentials and clean linens are supplied for your stay. Propane for the BBQ grill is provided by the guests.

Shopping, dining, and entertainment are close by, and the home is within an easy drive of Disney World, Universal Studios, and other Orlando attractions.
Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Trash must be bagged and placed in the proper receptacle upon departure, failure to follow this rule can result in fines up to $300.
