Pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day, with at least a week's notice required. Parking accommodates up to two vehicles in the driveway, and propane for the grills is provided by guests. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs not approved in writing will incur a fee of up to $300. The villa is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is a strict no-smoking and no-drugs policy inside or outside the property. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM, and excessive noise during this time should be minimized. The property can accommodate a maximum of 13 guests, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines up to $300 or termination of the reservation without refund.
