Situated within Windsor at Westside Resort in Kissimmee, the home is near shopping, dining, and entertainment, with Disney World and other Orlando attractions a short drive away. Major roads like US-192, US-27, and I-4 make getting around straightforward. The property is just a couple minutes' walking distance to the clubhouse.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Only one car may park in back of the home. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. We ask that you respect the checkout time of 10:00 AM. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to follow this rule can result in fines up to $300.
