Located in the sought-after Windsor at Westside community, this home is a short walk from the clubhouse and offers easy access to world-class dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. The resort is located off state road 192 and US 27, near I-4, and just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 10. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed one per reservation, and only one car may park in back of the home. Failure to take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure can result in fines up to $300.
