Please note that by booking this reservation, you agree to pay the Emerald Island resort fee of $20 PER VEHICLE, which is paid to the resort upon check-in. Resort fees are non-refundable. There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. No fireworks of any kind.
