Please drive the 25 MPH speed limit and watch for golf carts, as many residents are full-time. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Self check-in via smart lock ensures a smooth arrival. Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience at the Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses; booking and associated fees are the responsibility of the guest. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind.
