Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please note no part of the exterior of the property should be used as a drying or hanging area for laundry of any kind, including hanging laundry over walls, fences, balconies, or other supports. Report damages immediately. The maximum number of guests that can be accommodated at any given time is 8. There is one parking space designated in front of the home with the unit number painted on the ground; additional cars can park in spaces throughout the community that do not have a painted number, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
