A dedicated work area is available for those needing to focus. Two of the bedrooms offer comfortable king-size beds, walk-in closets, and bathrooms. One bedroom offers a bunk bed with a full-size mattress on the bottom and twin on top, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom. This bedroom is also stocked with toys, fun costumes, and a ball pit for children to enjoy. Additionally, there is a play area with more toys, a tent, and an arcade game for children.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods for up to two loads are provided. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge.
