Pool spa heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a 2-day minimum. Only small pets or dogs under 40 pounds are allowed with a $150 pet fee for each animal. Legal service dogs are exempt with proper documentation. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleaning will be charged. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars and overflow parking down the road. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided at no cost upon request.
