Guest will receive a door lock code which will be active 20 minutes prior to check-in time. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and no smoking or illegal substances are permitted on the premises. Pets are not allowed without previous approval. Upon approval, there is a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay. Please remove shoes in carpet areas and close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the house as it can rain heavily in Florida's rainy season.
