Grill rentals are available with options for 3 burners at $115 per week and 4 burners at $135 per week, including one full propane tank. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees. The garage is not available as it has been converted into a game room. The property has a regular pest control service, but sightings of wildlife or pests may occur, and no refunds will be issued for this. Guests are responsible for disposing of trash properly, and additional fees may apply for excessive trash left behind. The property does not have a mailbox, but packages can be sent to the management company's office. Commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, and similar are not allowed in the community.
