Upon arrival, each bathroom will be stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper. The laundry room includes detergent pods sufficient for up to two loads. In the kitchen, guests are provided with one roll of paper towels, a few trash bags, dish soap, and a sponge. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are provided for your use, though coffee is not supplied. Guests are advised that propane for the BBQ grill is provided by the guests, and while a tank is available, its fullness upon arrival is not guaranteed. Self check-in and check-out are streamlined with a private entrance and smart lock. Check-out time is 10:00 AM, and late departures may incur a fee of up to $300. Guests are requested to report any missing items immediately upon check-in and to take out the trash properly upon departure. This is a non-smoking and no-drugs property, both inside the home and elsewhere on the premises. Quiet hours are observed outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, with excessive noise kept to a minimum during this time. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. The maximum occupancy for this home is 12 guests. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed two per reservation, with up to two cars allowed to park in front of the property on the street. Third-party bookings are not allowed unless agreed upon in writing, and only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Guests are encouraged to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Be aware that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence, despite professional pest spraying. Guests are responsible for packing sunscreen and bug spray.
