The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. Grills are propane grills, and propane is provided by the guests. There is a propane tank that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay, but it cannot be guaranteed that the tank will be full upon arrival. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 11. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
