Please be advised that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. Grills are propane grills, and propane is provided by the guests; a propane tank is in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay, but the propane level cannot be guaranteed upon arrival. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The number of guests at any given time cannot exceed 11. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 2 per reservation, with up to 2 cars allowed to park in front of the property in the street. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The property reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Guests who remain past the designated check-out time may be subject to a late check-out fee of up to $300. Upon arrival, each bathroom will be stocked with shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper. The laundry room includes detergent pods sufficient for up to two (2) loads. In the kitchen, guests are provided with one roll of paper towels, a few trash bags, dish soap, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, though coffee is not supplied.
