Unauthorized pets will incur a fee of $400 and can result in removal without any refund at our discretion. ESA pets are considered regular pets, not service animals. Parties are not allowed, and if a complaint is determined to be legitimate, you will be removed from the property without any refund and charged a fee of $500. Smoking is never allowed, and if this rule is violated, a $500 fee will be charged to fumigate the home. If cleaners have to clean the pool, an additional cleaning fee of $150 will be charged. If cleaners have to clean the grill there’s an extra $45 fee. The pool hours are sunrise to sunset. Children (17 and under) must be supervised at all times.
