The villa offers contemporary furnishings and decor, a full kitchen with quartz counters and stainless appliances, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Each bedroom features a flat-screen HDTV and high-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the home. The living and dining area includes a flat-screen HDTV and a dining table with eight chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, drip coffee maker, toaster, oven, dishwasher, basic pots and pans, kitchen utensils, and a kettle.
Optional pool heating is available at a cost of $35 per day with a minimum of two consecutive days, and must be requested 48 hours in advance. A BBQ fee is optional at $50 per stay, with one propane tank provided. The villa includes two total parking spaces, one in the garage and one on the driveway, and street parking is available.
The villa is close to iconic Orlando destinations, including Disney World (14 miles), Universal Studios (22 miles), Sea World (18 miles), and Legoland (27 miles). Reserved off-street parking is available, along with additional free street parking.
Noise restrictions are in place between 11 PM and 8 AM. Only park in designated areas, and every vehicle requires a parking or gate pass. Trash must be placed inside the bench by the front door, and loose trash in bins is subject to a $50 fee. No pets, smoking, extra guests, or parties are allowed.
