The villa features contemporary furnishings and decor, a full kitchen with quartz counters and stainless appliances, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Enjoy flat-screen HDTVs in all bedrooms and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home. The kitchen is equipped with a dining area, refrigerator, drip coffee maker, toaster, oven, dishwasher, basic pots and pans, kitchen utensils, and a kettle.
Optional pool heat is available at a cost of $35 per day with a minimum of 2 consecutive days, and must be requested 48 hours in advance. A BBQ fee is optional at $50 per stay, with 1 propane tank provided. The villa offers 2 total parking spaces, 1 in the garage and 1 on the driveway, and street parking is available.
