This is a self-catering home. Please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. Pool heat and/or hot tub must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in, and guests agree to pay $35 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. A refundable security deposit of $500 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card prior to arrival. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed two per reservation, and up to two cars may park on the street in front of the home. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes.
