In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence; the property is professionally sprayed for pests, but guests should pack sunscreen and bug spray. After it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. Many people are full-time residents, so guests are asked to drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts.
