The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home; initial supplies are provided, but not refilled during your stay. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. Up to 2 cars may park side-by-side in the driveway; commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, and RVs are prohibited. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund if guests violate any house rules. We welcome furry friends, but a written notification and approval from the host are required, along with a pet fee and a deposit.
