A $30 cleaning fee is charged for grill use to ensure it remains in top condition for all guests. Smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited on the property, and a propane tank is provided for the grill, though it may not be full upon arrival. Please respect the neighborhood by minimizing noise outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Violation of house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
