There is a $100 plus taxes fee per group per day for swimming pool and gym access, charged only if you use the clubhouse. A grill cleaning fee of $30 applies to keep it in top shape for all guests. Parking includes one designated spot in front of the home and additional unassigned spots throughout the community.

This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. Coffee is not included. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. Self check-in and check-out are available, and while in-person interaction is limited, assistance is available through messaging.
