Guests are asked to respect the neighborhood and neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am and minimizing excessive noise during this time. Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence, and while the property is professionally sprayed, guests are advised to pack bug spray. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay with at least a week's notice. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited in the community. Guests are required to wipe shoes at the door and are preferred to remove shoes indoors. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages should be reported immediately. The property reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines for any rule violations. Guests must present an RFID card to access community amenities, which costs $15 each and expires after 3 days.
