Guests should be aware that humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence in Florida, and while the property is professionally sprayed, packing sunscreen and bug spray is recommended. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible.
