A large full kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker lets you prepare meals at your own pace. Essentials such as cookware, bathroom linens, towels, extra pillows, blankets, hangers, an iron, and safety features (smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher) are provided. Air conditioning, heating, a washer, dryer, and high-speed WiFi keep the stay comfortable and connected. The game room offers a TV and console for casual entertainment.

Check-out time is 10 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. For 1-night reservations, guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for up to two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided.
