The maximum number of vehicles allowed on the property is three, with up to two cars parked one behind the other in the driveway and one car parked on the street in front of the home. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the premises, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
