There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 11 guests are welcome. The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway; parking on the grass or alongside streets parallel to another vehicle is prohibited. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum. After rain, small bugs may wash off the screen into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Additional guidelines are posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately.
