Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Events are not allowed. Guests are asked to observe the community speed limit of 25 MPH and remain mindful of residents and golf carts. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. Violations of any house rules may result in termination of a reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. Guests are welcome to park up to two cars in the driveway. Parking passes will be provided by the gate security guard upon entry into the community. It is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
