Situated in the desirable Windsor at Westside community of Kissimmee, you’re just 20–25 minutes from Disney World, 30 minutes from SeaWorld, and 35 minutes from Universal Studios. The neighborhood’s quiet streets and well-maintained surroundings create a peaceful retreat after the excitement of the parks.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please keep the temperature at or above 70°F. If set lower, a fine of up to $500 may be incurred. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
