Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. We welcome furry friends, with a written notification and approval required. A pet fee and a $150 security deposit are required. Propane for grills is usually provided by guests, with a tank available for refill.

Self check-in and check-out are available. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, and a fine of up to $500 may be imposed for setting the temperature below 70°F. No smoking, drugs, or fireworks are allowed on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund if rules are violated.
