Disney World is approximately 20-25 minutes away, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios also within easy driving distance. The community offers first-class amenities, including a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & picnic area, and a clubhouse with arcades, bar, and lounge.
Self check-in is available with a smart lock. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane for the grill if needed. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed two per reservation, and up to two cars may park in the driveway. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Damages should be reported immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
This is a self-catering home. We provide the grill, but propane is not included. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane if needed. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We can accommodate a maximum of 23 guests at any given time.
