The property is just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse, which offers a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and a clubhouse with arcades, bar & lounge. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. Disney World is approximately 20-25 minutes away, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios also within easy driving distance.
There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Pets are not allowed. Events are not allowed. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 2 per reservation, with up to 2 cars allowed to park in the driveway. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules. This is a self-catering home.
