A maximum of 14 guests are allowed at any given time. Propane for the grill is provided by the guests, and the propane tank cannot be guaranteed to be full upon arrival. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless otherwise agreed upon. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed three per reservation; up to one car may park in the driveway, and two cars may park in the adjacent parking lot. Shoes are preferred to be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
