This villa features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, two indoor dining areas, an outdoor patio lounge, a free washer and dryer, and two living areas. Enjoy the outdoor pool and hot tub for relaxing dips, as well as game and entertainment rooms for family fun.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay. A propane grill is available, but propane is provided by the guests.
Located in Kissimmee, the villa sits close to major attractions while offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling theme park corridors. Nearby shopping, dining, and local parks provide extra options for exploring beyond the resort grounds. The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex. A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf, or, if you are a seasoned surfer, show off your skills. The little ones will prefer the splash pad for some fun in the sun. Cool off with an ice-cream from the Solara Resort ice-cream parlor or a cold drink from the bar by the pool.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum occupancy is 13 guests. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Check-out time is 10 AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, we provide a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge.
