The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex. A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf, or, if you are a seasoned surfer, show off your skills. The little ones will prefer the splash pad for some fun in the sun. Nearby attractions include Disney World (7.6 miles/15 minutes), Universal Studios (21.7 miles/30 minutes), SeaWorld (16.5 miles/25 minutes), Falcon Fire Golf Course (11.7 miles/20 minutes), Disney Golf Course (13.7 miles/22 minutes), Premium Outlets (20.8 miles/30 minutes), and Orlando International Airport (27 miles/30 minutes).
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. A late check-out may incur a fee of up to $300.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods for up to two loads are provided. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided.
