Located in Windsor at Westside, you’re just steps from a water park, heated pool with lazy river, fitness center, clubhouse, volleyball and basketball courts, a splash pool for kids, and a hot tub. The gated community also offers easy access to dining, shopping, and world-famous attractions.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. We ask that you respect the checkout time of 10 AM to allow our cleaners enough time to prepare for the next guest. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Up to 3 cars may park on the street. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. All trash must be bagged and placed in the proper receptacle. Failure to follow this rule can result in fines up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
