Guests are advised to pack sunscreen and bug spray due to Florida's climate. Pool heating and hot tub usage must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in and incurs a fee of $35 per day of usage; additional fees may apply if notice is not given. Propane for the grill must be provided by the guest. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Up to 2 dogs may be allowed on property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. The number of vehicles on property should not exceed 3 per reservation. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate with socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle.
