Pool heating and hot tub heat can be added for an additional $50 per day for the entirety of the stay. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane for the grill if needed. Guests do not have access to Encore amenities or Encore wristbands. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. Please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. Guests must present an RFID card to access community amenities. Please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. The home is not baby-proofed. No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two (2) cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Guests have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as Seven Eagles, Homestead, Carriage Pointe, Heritage Crossing, The Terraces, Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park, and Grand Traverse Parkway.
