The home is self-catering, with initial supplies provided but not refilled during your stay. No smoking or drugs are allowed on the property, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The home is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed without written agreement. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Please respect parking rules to avoid towing, and be considerate of neighbors by minimizing noise during quiet hours. Fireworks and firearms are not permitted on the property.
