ARIUM Kissimmee Lakes is an apartment community in Kissimmee, FL
I moved here in January 2021 after separating my daughter's father, and I cannot tel you how unsafe this place is. I pay for trash pick up (it is not a choice), and it rarely gets picked up. I pay offer pest control, and they never come to my apartment. I am constantly emailing them, but they do not reply. They also charge $50 per person for water, but we received a letter from Toho that the apartment complex is not paying them, so they might shut down the water.

WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER
I lived at this complex for over 7 years and finally moved out in February. Atlas stopped paying their employees at the beginning of December and the office was closed with no employees showing up to work for weeks. The ceiling collapsed in the laundry, routine maintenance was non existent, website, email and payment portal were off line and phone calls and VM's were never answered or returned.
Since I have moved out, I have been trying to get my security deposit and account credit refunded... and Atlas refuses to do so even though 2 of the last 3 complex managers they have had since February have told me I would get it within a week.
Not a good complex to live. This place is a complete mess!! There are many other better options in Kissimmee.

Loving my Home , AmaZing staff !!
I absolutely LOVE living here , I moved in back in August so I wanna say it’s been about 4 months . . It’s been very peaceful and quiet . . Every month they put out a news letter for us tenants with helpful and FUN advice/information regarding that month . . They have fun activities and are involved with us (which is a plus) the management & staff are very friendly and caring . . I love that we don’t have to drive our trash anywhere because it’s picked up from our door . . It’s by far the BEST... place I’ve lived in Florida . . I give it 10 STARS !!

Beautiful Place
I have been living here for 5 wonderful months, the staff have been super friendly, respectful and willing to help you. The apartment is divine, comfortable and the area feels safe and quiet. Every time I request something for the apartment I receive a quick response ... Anyway, I feel happy and pleased with the decision to move here.

Lived here for years ! Love it
This was first apartment and its grown with me. Ive upgraded every year as my family grew. Ive lived in the smallest and biggest apartments. Problems were always taken care of and maintainess always responded fast. Ive seen the upgrades they've made and its great. They change the carpets and cabnets. Repaved the parking lot. The recently added a picnic area with BBQ. Definitely recommend.
