Mala experiencia con la devolución del depósito de seguridad

A cualquier persona que esté considerando alquilar en Encanto Isla Townhomes, les recomiendo tomar en cuenta nuestra experiencia como parte de su decisión.

Rara vez dejo reseñas negativas, pero después de varios meses intentando resolver este problema, considero importante compartir lo que ocurrió.

Nos mudamos de la propiedad y hemos estado intentando recuperar nuestro depósito de seguridad de $500 desde mayo de 2026. A pesar de numerosas llamadas telefónicas, mensajes de voz, correos… electrónicos y seguimientos, no hemos recibido ni nuestro depósito ni una explicación clara sobre el retraso. Además, se nos ha pedido en varias ocasiones que expliquemos cuál es el problema, aun cuando ya lo habíamos comunicado repetidamente.

La falta de comunicación y la demora en la resolución de este asunto han sido muy decepcionantes. Un depósito de seguridad debe manejarse de manera profesional y devolverse dentro del plazo establecido por la ley, cuando corresponda.

Después de agotar todos los esfuerzos razonables para resolver esta situación directamente, hemos decidido buscar asistencia legal.

Espero que la administración tome en serio estos comentarios y mejore su comunicación y el proceso de devolución de los depósitos, para que los futuros residentes tengan una mejor experiencia que la nuestra.

New townhomes!

I felt like I already knew Christina and Cris!
Their warm welcome made me feel like part of their family from the moment I arrived. The way they greet you at the door is so genuine and kind—it truly sets the tone. The house is incredibly spacious, and I can easily fit all my belongings with room to spare. Thank you both for being so welcoming and making me feel right at home!

Verified Renter

Although the location is perfect for my needs due to work and everyday activities, the intersection leaving the community is concerning as theirs no safe way of leaving. The noise is a minimum which I enjoy and everything is new!

Beautiful Townhomes!

I visited so many townhomes, and I finally found the best one! These homes are absolutely beautiful—new construction, with a fenced-in backyard, which is perfect since I have a dog. I just open the door, and he can go right outside. The price is great, and the location is perfect—right in Buena Ventura Lakes. I loved everything about it! Thank you, Cris and Christina, for making me feel so welcome!
