Great place to live, but beware of the towing company.

I genuinely enjoy living here—the community is nice, and the front office staff does a great job. They’re helpful, responsive, and the property is well-maintained.

That said, I recently had a frustrating experience where my car was towed from the complex due to an error that wasn’t my fault. The towing company, Brignoni Towing, falsely advertises 24-hour service, but no one was available until 9 AM. I was left without a car overnight, which felt unsafe and unnecessary.

I don’t believe the... front office intended for this to happen, but I do think Brignoni Towing should not be contracted if they can’t operate with integrity and transparency. It reflects poorly on an otherwise great place to live.

love the complex. unit is spacious. only issue is that A/C goes out about once a month or so. Apparently this is just an issue with first floor units as we’ve been told. Nonetheless, it is annoying. otherwise, all amenities are great and neighborhood is quiet and gated.
