    DONT RENT HERE RUN FROM THIS PLACE

    First of the place is not safe people have been rob and several car was broken into. Richard and marribell is the absolute WORST. They over charged and the apartment walls are thin and the apartment is full of roaches. Dog poop always around the place WORST PLACE TO LIVE

    Regarding our rent prices, it is important to clarify that they are not determined by any individual team member, including Ricard or Maribel. Our pricing structure is based on various factors, primarily driven by market conditions.

    In relation to pest control, we take a two-fold approach. We encourage cleanliness among our residents and provide weekly pest control services to address any infestations. If you encountered pest-related concerns, we would like to inquire whether you utilized our pest control services to resolve the issue in your unit.

    To ensure a clean environment for all residents, we supply stations and waste bags throughout our community to facilitate waste pickup for pet owners. We maintain and inspect the premises daily, with our maintenance team doing their best to promptly address any pet waste left behind. However, it is possible that new waste may appear throughout the day.
