FALSE Advertising and BAD NON proffesional attitude
I went to get apt. here and I ask them if I can be my daughter co signer and they told me yes. I did all the requirement and pay all the fees for the background and credit check for me and my daughter. We got approve and wait until one apt. was available to bring the deposit. After they call me to bring and make me wait almost two weeks, my daughter went and spoke to the Manager to found out when her apt. was going to be ready ...because her lease is will end 8/8/18. The manager spoke to my... daughter with a non professional attitude and told that they don't have any apt. available yet, my daughter ask her that why the request the deposit if they do not have one yet. This manager respond with an attitude that if she don't like to take her deposit back. I would like to know what will happen to the money that i expend and all my personal information and to top of what is going to happen to my daughter and grand kid with out a roof on their head. I do not think that is not fair the kind of non professional customer service and False advertising to the new prospective tenant in need. I am going to contact consumer fair if I this situation do not get fix, because i need my daughter and my grand kid to have a roof and not to be on the street
