The Intracoastal waterfront is close by for kayaking, paddleboarding and water sports. West Palm Beach, with its shopping, dining and nightlife, is a short drive north.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the reservation name via message before receiving check-in instructions and sign the rental agreement and check-in form before arrival. A $350 pre-authorization hold will be placed upon check-in to cover potential damages. Full legal names (first and last) of all guests must be provided upon booking. No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed, with a $500 fine and immediate removal without refund. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Any noise complaint may result in a $500 fine and/or cancellation without refund. No indoor smoking is permitted (includes cigarettes, vaping, hookah, cigars, or cannabis). Outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building, with doors and windows closed. A $500 fine for smoking violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Exterior security cameras record audio and video but do not monitor private areas. Do not unplug, move, or tamper with cameras or any connected devices, as a $1,000 fine for violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund. South Florida’s subtropical climate may occasionally allow geckos or insects inside, despite routine pest control. Refunds are not provided for such occurrences. No luggage storage is available before or after your stay.
