Due to unfortunate circumstances I had to move. This has been a great place to live. The staff is wonderful. I enjoyed living here.

Beautiful Golf Course Views
Pros: Audubon Oaks is situated on a golf course and the views are amazing from my screened in balcony. The entire management team is very friendly and if you ever need anything they will make sure it gets taken care of. I have put in a few maintenance requests and maintenance has been prompt and completed the task quickly. Family friendly community...kids riding scooters and bikes and people walking their dogs. I have always felt safe at Audubon Oaks. Needing improvement: Carpets are very worn... and need to be replaced, pressure washing needed to apartment entryways and stairs, gate entry system can be tricky at times and closes too fast. Nothing special about the layout or interior of the apartments. The gym is open 24/7 but the exercise equipment could use some TLC and a thorough cleaning.

Top notch apartments
When it comes to finding the right apartment, there were a few things we were looking for: family and pet friendly, safety, quiet atmosphere, an active community, and a convenient location. Audubon Oaks welcomes your little ones and your pets with open arms. Located just minutes from the Sheriff's station, there's not much more you could ask far in terms of feeling safe. When anything goes wrong in the apartment, we take comfort knowing it will be resolved quicker than we ever anticipated. The... golf course the apartments are surrounded by are not only pretty to look out at from your porch, but they make for a quiet neighborhood. And as odd as it may sound, one of the selling points for us checking out the apartments in the first place is the active Facebook community. It says a lot that the management staff keeps in touch and hosts monthly get together for all residents. We really appreciate that we are close to just about anything imaginable with 98 so close by. I'm thankful we found Audubon Oaks. It really is a wonderful place to live.

Love this place
We have been living at Audubon oaks for about a year now. The staff here are so nice and helpful. They do a lot for the people who live here. You get birthday cards on your door and they have lots of community events. Dinners, breakfasts and much more. You couldn't asks for anything more. It's a great place to live.
