awesome management
I’ve had a really good experience living here. The management team is great and always on top of things, and Bettsy is such a kind, welcoming face in the office who makes residents feel comfortable asking for help. Keith from maintenance is awesome and fixes things quickly whenever needed. The neighborhood is quiet with very polite neighbors who actually pick up after their pets, which I really appreciate. The pool is nice and having a hot tub is a great extra touch. Overall it’s a clean,... peaceful, and well-managed place to live.

Excellent place to live
I move here almost a year and I just love it , the management is beyond excellent . They are very helpful , specially at the time like this . They do get residents discount when they paid rent on time which I really appreciate .

A place called home
I love living here. It's quite and I haven't had any problems. I am so very greatful for my leasing office manager and maintance guy Q & Keith. I know if I ever need help I have them to help. This is a safe community.

I didnt care for the manager
we were gonna move in. we set the date 2 months ahead just to save up money but in the end we had some stuff come up when we went to ask for our holding fee of 125$ back we were told that it was only refundable within 24 hours of being approved so I'm never gonna get it back. who only holds an apartment for 24 hours and charges 125$ she was very rude when I asked nicely why I was never told. she kept emailing me over and over all the documents and rules and wouldn't stop like she had something... to prove. and the dog fee is 300 not 200 dont let that draw you in

Rude management
Very rude management team. The assistant manager is beyond rude she wasn’t helpful. She was getting loud when I had concerns ! I’ve been in leasing for years and I’m very disappointed that the ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER WAS THST RUDE ! RUN !!!
