Mirrorton Apartments

This place really feels like home. The environment is welcoming, joyful, and fun with amazing amenities. I don’t can’t see myself living anywhere else!

Overall, it is a good apartment complex with good amenities. Services suck and management doesn't take ownership of it, even if they are mandatory and they will bill you every month for it (garbage collection, packages locker system,...)
The parking situation has been better this last year (the first year was a disaster).
The pool area is always very nice.
Pricing always goes up, we are almost at the same level as Tampa. Considering that this is Lakeland, this is getting very expensive.

Love living in Mirrorton. Easy and clean and comfortable. Having been here for 6 months on the first floor, we still feel that it is a bit loud hearing other residents entering the building and noise from the unit above us but overall we love it here and plan to stay for a while!

The staff is always helpful and communicative to the residents. Having a garage is highly advised! We love ours and although tight, use it for car parking and storage.

It literally took me a year and a half to find Mirrorton! Once I met the staff and saw how clean and modern it was here I was automatically hooked! I’m on my 2nd year here at Mirrorton and I honestly don’t think I’m ever going to move!

Great place to live, nice amenities(pool, sauna, gym) some maintenance could be better in the bbq locations as some don't work, other than that is a great community, high prices for leasing but worth for whats included.
