NOBAY Apartments

I have lived here in a 2bed 2bath for 6 months as of writing this review.
While this apartment has a beautiful location and well designed layout of the apartments that's about where the good ends.
To begin, the walls are PAPER thin. If you get neighbors who like to do anything but silently read you're going to hear them through the shared walls. Any noise over a quiet talking will penetrate through to your neighbors. This is not an exaggeration. If you can, schedule a tour and just sit in… silence in the unit for some minutes to listen before signing a lease.
The only way to get in contact with management is to go in person. I have sent multiple emails, calls, and voicemails and have not received any form of communication back. The only success I have had is to in person to their leasing office.
Maintenance has full access to enter your apartment and you CANNOT deny them permission to enter when you submit a maintenance request. The option to specify whether you want them to enter or not is disabled by management and defaulted to "yes". They do not (in my experience) ring the doorbell or knock on the door, they will simply unlock your door and enter.
BOTTOM LINE:
If you want to live here purely for aesthetics or work downtown and do not own a car, go for it, its beautiful and the location is great for downtown. If you value any sort of privacy or peace and quiet in your own apartment, look elsewhere/anywhere. Read More
