The Loop at Wedgewood

Management has changed two times. No they don’t care.

They replaced all the doors and didn’t install mine right. It took 2-3 months and a change of management to fix it. They simply kept closing the work order.

Places is very loud. And the front office does not care. I have sent noise complaints about my neighbors dog for 2 years now. Still, nothing is done.

Go anywhere else. It’s not worth the money.

I gave this place 4 stars and not 5 because it’s good and not great.
Pros: location, dog park, parking, Ashley in the leasing office, sun room, water pressure, maintenance is fast, lots of closet space, only two stories, pool, multiple grills located about the complex.

Cons: hard to get ahold of the leasing office, golf course is shut down to be turned into townhouses, dirty apartment upon move in, busy during the day and at night with people coming and going, highway sounds, walls aren’t thin... but they aren’t thick you can hear the beat of the neighbors music.

Cons: No walk in closets, water heater taking up half of one bedroom closet, nice pool but no hammocks, no microwave, small kitchen, no lights in either bedroom, one small light in living room, not much natural lighting due to lots of trees and apartment placement, dusty bathroom vent, dusty ac closet, apartment smells like cigarette sometimes from upstairs neighbor smoking, electric stove, a bit outdated

We returned to The Loop in 2021 after living there from 2019 when we returned to Lakeland. We love the team and consider them family. Our apartment home featured the screened in patio and amazing landscape. The team is always there to fix any repairs and we love the food trucks!

Absolutely love this community! The team is super friendly and is always working hard to do everything they can to help with any needs we have! We’ve been here a total of 6 years and we just love it here!
