    Don’t be fooled

    The pictures are pretty but up close it’s filthy. The stairs, railings and landings are covered in lizard and frog crap. You can’t even sweep it away!! According to the property manager they pressure wash quarterly. I’ve been here a year and haven’t seen that happen once! Our front doors were recently painted an ugly gray and it was done right over the filth. There are NO amenities like a pool or gym. The office is closed more than it’s open and the facilities men are not helpful at all. They… talk a good game but I would think twice about renting at Waters Edge.
