Wilmington Apartments

I love living here. I have for 12 years and hope that I don't have to leave.

Some tenants in Bldg 2 are hard headed and filty. There were still spit of saliva once in a while. Now empty bottle of Sprite and water and ashes on the hallway together with other trash. Please come and see for yourself. Was wondering how do they make the stairs on the second floor so dirty. Not only that, teenagers keeps on hanging out and sitting on the stairs close to parking lot. Won't even move even if they see you coming.

I really enjoyed the apartment and the people that worked with me are so helpful and are very friendly.

I have lived here for over 4 years. Repairs are usually taken care of in a timely manner. This is the first time there has been a delay in repairs. I would recommend this community to my family and friends.

My family and I have been living at Wilmington Apts.for 11years. We have tried to foster good relationships with staff and maintenance workers. Office workers have pride where they work and they try to keep the neighborhood clean and safe. Sometimes people don't appreciate where they live and then that is where problems arrise. So grateful for this pretax neighborhood. Whatever community you live in you will have individuals that have problems teaching their children to appreciate where they... live, unfortunately some children don't learn until they have to pay for things that are broken.
