The staff is so awesome here (s/o Laura). The whole team is so friendly, organized, and helpful. I would definitely recommend summerhouse for anyone new to the area/looking in Bradenton.

Great Place to Live!

I’ve been renting here for 2yrs already and I absolutely love it. The community is friendly, and the management team is amazing - always planning fun events and keeping everything running smoothly. The amenities are fantastic: a heated pool, a beautiful social area, and great office spaces. I work from home and really appreciate the quiet, productive vibe of the office I rent. It’s a great place to live and work!

Love the staff especially Ashley!

We’ve lived at Summerhouse since July 2022 and initially came here when all they had for a leasing office was a trailer in the parking lot. Everyone was helpful but Ashley stuck out to us immediately because she was so friendly with a good sense of humor, smart, on the ball, efficient and beyond helpful. She’s been our main point of contact since and has handled every situation quickly, efficiently and professionally. So I’m writing this review now because I figured it’s the least I can do after... she helped us once again today!

We’re moving to a new unit but expressed a desire to be on the highest floor which was not available. By chance it become available and Ashley alerted us right away so it didn’t get rented online where we might’ve missed out. I know her plate is full so taking the time and remembering what we wanted impressed us! But we weren’t surprised either as she’s always been on the ball and communicative. We’ve solidified our new unit and are very happy! Looking forward to another year at Summerhouse and with the great staff!
