The patio’s outdoor dining set-up lets you enjoy meals al fresco under the Florida sky. Beyond the patio, a fully fenced backyard offers lounge seating and a fire pit.
If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay.
Nestled in a quiet residential area, this home provides easy access to shopping, restaurants, and Downtown Largo. The beaches of Clearwater and Sand Key are just a short drive away, and local attractions are within reach, giving you the perfect balance of peaceful downtime and vibrant exploration.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to bring one house-trained dog (less than 60 lbs), and a pet fee applies. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of two additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property at any given time should never exceed three. Parking is permitted in the driveway in front of the garage, which will accommodate up to two vehicles, and two vehicles may park on the street in front of the home.
