Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM, meaning no loud noise of any kind. Parties are never allowed. If cleaning determines that smoking has taken place inside the property, a $250 penalty will be charged. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Guests must clean up after pets; failure to do so results in a $50 penalty. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). No firearms are allowed on the property unless otherwise permitted in writing, and the firearm must be licensed and properly stored at all times; a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
