Pool heating is available for $35 per day, and a week's notice is kindly requested to coordinate it for you. The home is pet-friendly, and a written notification and approval are required.
Located in a quiet residential area, you’ll have easy access to shopping, dining, and local attractions. Downtown Largo, Clearwater Beach, Sand Key, and more are just a short drive away, making it easy to balance relaxation with exploration during your stay.
Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property at any given time should never exceed 3. Parking is permitted in the driveway in front of the garage, which will accommodate up to 2 vehicles, and 2 vehicles may park on the street in front of the home. Please respect the neighborhood and be considerate of the neighbors while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We reserve the right to pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10:00 AM, and late check-outs may disrupt scheduling and future reservations and could result in a fee of up to $300.
