Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 9 am. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. The property is right on a busy street and can be noisy at times. Up to four vehicles may park side-to-side in the driveway and up to one car may park on the street in front of the house (space not guaranteed). A camera is located on the driveway and the side yard monitoring for access from the gate. One house-trained dog is welcome with prior written notification and approval, and is subject to a pet fee. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests. The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Check-out time is 10 am.
