The property is right on a busy street and can be noisy at times. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 9 am, and guests are asked to respect the neighbors by observing these hours. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome one house-trained dog (breed and weight must be specified), and a pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit.
