The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is a camera on the driveway and the side yard for monitoring access from the gate. The home is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. No smoking, drugs, fireworks, or firearms are allowed on the property.
