The home is not baby-proofed. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options for a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for stays of 2 nights or more. Noise decibel monitors and security cameras are present on the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. No fireworks of any kind.
